And it is 100% against the TOS of AdSense: "Publishers participating in the AdSense program: May not encourage users to click the Google ads by using phrases such as "click the ads," "support us," "visit these links," or other similar language". Normally the Adsense partners are thrown out immediately when Google finds out. And they do... Nope! And it is 100% against the TOS of AdSense:
