a) Common for all applicants:
1. Allotment letter of the development authority. 2. Copy ofapproved drawings of proposed purchase. 3. Agreement forsale/sale deed from architect/engineer for the property to bepurchased. 4. If you have been in your presentemployment/business or profession for less than a year, mentiondetails of occupation for previous 5 years, giving positionheld, reasons for change and period of the same. 5. ApplicableProcessing Fees.
6. Any other information regarding your repayment capacity thatis necessary and will assist the financial corporation inassesing the case.

For Employed Individuals:
1. Latest salary slip/salary certificate showing all deductions.

If your job is transferable, permanent address wherecorrespondence relating to the application can be mailed.
3. A letter from your employer agreeing to deduct the monthlyinstalment towards repayment of the loan from your salary. Thiswill expedite the processing of your loan application.
For Self-Employed Individuals:
1. Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts of thebusiness/profession along with copies of Individual Income TaxReturns for the last three years certified by a CharteredAccountant.
2. A note giving information on the nature of yourbusiness/profession, form of organisation, clients, suppliers,etc.
